Escalator technician — Aiyedade

Vacancy available: we are hiring an escalator technician in Aiyedade, Osun State. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. Your main tasks: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands Ideal candidate: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Six days a week, one day off.
