Baker — Webster County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Webster County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
