Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Calhoun County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
