Urgent requirement: deboner (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in City of Galax, Virginia. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
