Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Jackson County, Oregon. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 5+ years on the tools preferred.
