Waitress — Colleton County

Join our team: we are hiring a waitress in Colleton County, South Carolina. You will work in a café. The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages We offer $16 per hour plus benefits.
