Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Morrow County, Ohio. You will be based on the press shop floor. What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
