Meat cutter — Wilcox County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Wilcox County, Georgia. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off.
