Argon welder — Kiowa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Kiowa County, Oklahoma. Day to day you will grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
