Urgent requirement: we are hiring a van driver in Newport, Wales. Requirements: • Physically fit to load and unload goods by hand • Polite and presentable for customer-facing deliveries The role involves handle cash on delivery and reconcile the day's collections; top up engine oil, coolant and washer fluid as needed; report accidents, breakdowns and vehicle damage to the supervisor; keep the cabin and load area clean and tidy; keep fuel receipts and update the daily trip sheet; carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
