Immediate opening: restaurant steward (Alaska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Copper River Census Area, Alaska. The job is at a beach resort. You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Full-time, day shift.
