UPVC welding machine operator — Winnebago County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Winnebago County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. The role involves cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash.
