We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Suwannee County, Florida. You will be based at a busy bakery. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
