Painter and decorator wanted in Baylor County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Baylor County, Texas. You will be based in a factory paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Day to day you will sand and fill walls before applying primer; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
