Bread baker — Reading

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Reading, England. You will work in a bread factory. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Pay around £1,800 per month, based on your experience.
