The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around $10,250 per project, based on your experience.
