You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics The role involves rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway.
