Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
