Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance On the job you will handle: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
