Powder coating technician — Imeko Afon

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Imeko Afon, Ogun State. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well 2+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
