Great opportunity: shuttering carpenter (Georgia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Wilkes County, Georgia. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Part-time with flexible hours.
