Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Ngala, Borno State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 5+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
