Floor screeder — Letcher County

Join our team: we are hiring a floor screeder in Letcher County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet Six days a week, one day off.
