Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Perkins County, Nebraska. The job is at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; clear and reset tables between covers. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
