Refrigeration field service technician wanted in Phillips County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Phillips County, Arkansas. You will work in an HVAC service company. Your main tasks: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges Requirements: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
