Milling machinist — Dallas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machinist in Dallas County, Iowa. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day to day you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence.
