Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
