Catering cook — Roanoke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Roanoke County, Virginia. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
