We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Bannock County, Idaho. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
