Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery 2+ years on the tools preferred.
