Baker — Cardiff

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Cardiff, Wales. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
