Framing carpenter — Wokingham

Immediate opening: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Wokingham, England. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Day-to-day duties: • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain 1+ years on the tools preferred.
