Blocklayer wanted in Echols County

Join our team: we are hiring a blocklayer in Echols County, Georgia. The role involves checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
