Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly operator in Harrison County, Texas. The job is at an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Can read work instructions and basic measurements The role involves fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
