Day to day you will replace cracked or broken window panes; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers. You should have: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. £1,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
