Powder coater — Christian County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Christian County, Illinois. The job is on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
