Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On a typical shift you will strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
