Back-of-house cleaner — Buncombe County

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Buncombe County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time, day shift.
