Immediate opening: we are hiring a material handler in Sherman County, Oregon. The job is at a builders' merchant yard. What we are looking for: • Previous warehouse or stores experience • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Valid counterbalance/reach forklift licence (RTITB or equivalent) Day to day you will wrap pallets with stretch film and apply shipping labels; pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list; pack items into cartons and seal them with tape; put away stock into racking locations following FIFO; assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay; report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor.
