Rebar fixer — Licking County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Licking County, Ohio. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Day to day you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
