Vacancy available: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Henry County, Virginia. The job is on a new-build development. The role involves: • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools 6+ years on the tools preferred.
