Now hiring: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Gray County, Texas. You will work at a plant nursery. You will rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. You should have: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers 1+ years on the tools preferred.
