Surface coating operator wanted in Wolverhampton

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Wolverhampton, England. The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £11 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
