Road roller operator • Montgomery County, Kansas

Now hiring: we are hiring a road roller operator in Montgomery County, Kansas. You will work at a plant hire yard. Day-to-day duties: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
