Formwork erector • Cambria County, Pennsylvania

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork erector in Cambria County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Your main tasks: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
