Back-of-house cleaner — Benton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Benton County, Mississippi. You will be based in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Rotating shifts. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
