Bricklayer wanted in Washington County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bricklayer in Washington County, Rhode Island. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Day-to-day duties: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
