Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions The role involves stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges.
