Oven operator wanted in Wharton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Wharton County, Texas. You will work at a cake shop. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Six days a week, one day off.
