Groundskeeper — Cottonwood County

Join our team: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Cottonwood County, Minnesota. You will work in a public park. On a typical shift you will sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads. You should have: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
